Discussions centered on their parliamentary activities and experiences so far; their connect with the public, and their ongoing work and priorities at the level of their respective constituencies.
Views were also exchanged views about challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for parliamentarians in meeting the pressing needs of the population.
During the meeting, President Gokhool reaffirmed his committment towards bridging the gap by remaining attentive to their perspectives and ensuring a greater synergy among all stakeholders so in view of building a better future for all.
