Our conversations touched on the future of Human Resource Management in a world increasingly shaped by AI; the importance of achieving gender parity in the workplace, and the need to nurture a healthy and inclusive work ecosystem in this digital era.
We also reflected on the valuable lessons from the pandemic and how we must remain proactive and prepared to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
