President Gokhool Launches the Digital Transformation Blueprint 2025-2029 – A Bridge to the Future.
Deeply honoured to have officially launched the Digital Blueprint 2025-2029: A Bridge to the Future yesterday evening at Sir Harilall Vaghjee Hall, Government House.
This marks a pivotal step in shaping a smarter, fairer, safer and more resilient digital economy and society for our people and positioning Mauritius on the global calendar of AI events.
I commend and congratulate Dr the Honourable Avinash Ramtohul, Minister of IT, Communication and Innovation, as well as all stakeholders for their efforts and dedication.
I look forward to the implementation of this Digital Blueprint, which must be anchored in ethics, innovation, equity, and inclusion – one that leaves no one behind and puts our citizens at the centre of progress as we enter the era of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, and which is aligned with the vision and mission of Government Programme 2025-29.
A bold and humane approach must be the way forward for a digital, intelligent island.
