It is with immense pleasure that I launched the \u201cAI For All \/ AI Pou Nou Tou\u201d Booklet this afternoon.<\/div><\/div>
A laudable initiative by the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation, this publication brings Artificial Intelligence into the hands of every Mauritian through DIVA – the Digital Interactive Virtual Assistant – to help citizens discover how AI can educate, assist, and empower.<\/div><\/div>
As the late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam once confided to me:<\/div>
\u201cTechnology has no value if it does not improve the lives of the common people.\u201d<\/div><\/div>
We must remember that AI is not about machines taking over, but people using technology to serve humanity with empathy, fairness, and purpose.<\/div><\/div>
As Mauritius moves forward with the Digital Transformation Blueprint 2025\u20132029, DIVA will indeed have a lot of work to do to position Mauritius as a hub for digital innovation and<\/div>
cyber security.<\/div><\/div>
