milestone that reflects decades of commitment, sacrifice and dedication towards education and nation building.<br \/>On this special occasion, tribute was paid to visionary educational pioneers who have shaped countless lives through their devotion to learning and youth empowerment, particularly Mr Harris Bachwa, Mr Ramchurn Coomar Bachwa, Founder of Friendship College Boys, and Mrs Shubha Heeramun, whose long years of commitment and service have contributed immensely to nurturing generations of young people. Their legacy is not only reflected in the institution itself, but also through the many former students who today occupy important positions across different sectors of our society and beyond.<br \/>The occasion was also marked by the launch of the official website of Friendship College Boys, representing another important step in the institution\u2019s continued journey of growth and transformation. In today\u2019s evolving digital era, such initiatives reinforce the importance of embracing innovation while preserving the core values and identity of educational institutions.<br \/>Education must go beyond examinations and academic achievements. A truly meaningful education is one that nurtures the mind, body and character, balancing academics with co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that help students discover their talents, build confidence, strengthen values and develop leadership.<br \/>As we navigate an increasingly digital world, we must also recognise the challenges confronting our youth today, including the abuse of social media, cyberbullying, drug-related issues and other societal pressures. Technology must remain a tool for progress and learning, and never become an obstacle to human values and wellbeing.<br \/>I encouraged students to remain responsible in their choices and actions, to work hard, uphold integrity, and contribute positively to society.
