President Dharambeer Gokhool and Mrs Brinda Gokhool had the pleasure of warmly welcoming a distinguished delegation from Telangana, India, comprising professionals from sectors including ICT, agriculture, property development, tourism, as well as artists.
They were accompanied by Mr Heyvyn Gurayya, President, along with members of the Mauritius Telugu Maha Sabha.
Their visit to Mauritius is in the context of the upcoming Ugadi celebrations, to be observed on Thursday 19 March.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for enriching exchanges on avenues for collaboration and the sharing of expertise in areas such as medical tourism, cultural tourism, artificial intelligence, agriculture, as well as arts and culture, and the promotion of the Telugu language and culture.
