Congratulations to Mr Girish Dabeesing on his induction as President of the Rotary Club of Curepipe!
President Dharambeer Gokhool and First Lady Mrs Brinda Gokhool were delighted to join Rotarians, past presidents, distinguished guests and friends for the Club’s Induction Dinner, celebrating the Rotary Club of Curepipe’s longstanding tradition of fellowship, leadership and community service.
In his address, President Gokhool commended the Club’s enduring commitment to serving vulnerable communities, promoting youth engagement and fostering a spirit of volunteerism.
He also reaffirmed his vision of a Presidency of Proximity, built on listening, dialogue and meaningful engagement with organisations that contribute to nation-building.
The evening was made even more special as President Gokhool was named a Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary’s highest honour, named after Rotary founder, Paul Harris.
A wonderful moment, reaffirming a shared commitment to the values of service, fellowship and the common good.
