Drawing on his academic, political and professional journey, he underscored the transformative role of education, the centrality of diplomacy and dialogue, and the vital importance of multilateral cooperation in addressing contemporary global challenges.
He also commended the delegates for their intellectual engagement, discipline, and leadership, and congratulated the University of Mauritius, the Student Union, and the Political Science Society for the successful organisation of this enriching academic and civic initiative.
Going forward, President Gokhool urged the youth to remember that “true leadership is about lifting others up and contributing to the greater good for society- As One People, As One Nation, As One Humanity”.
